“Staff is very polite and accommodating ”

“The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. ”

“Clean room. Friendly staff. Family friendly with board games and puzzle in dining/lounge area. Nice blackout shades. Quiet spacious room. ”

“Lovely hotel. Super friendly staff. The best part was the shower. Super hot water, fantastic water pressure. A decent shower is surprisingly rare in hotels. Please dont ever change a thing. I'll definitely consider returning.”

“Parking is tight. Beds are average. Bedding was not new and fresh. Television was small. ”

“Room and bathroom were very clean and modern. The rug runner between the beds was a nice touch. However, the shower/tub had no grab bars and not tub mat which made the bottom of tub very slippery and possible to fall down easily. The outside pool area looked very modern and somewhat secluded. However, the front parking area in unfinished recently demolished restaurant parking and the back parking lot is spacious, but didn't seem secure.”

“Why only ice machine on 3rd floor? Put in the rooms a list of restaurants in the area. Also, stores and such that are near. The water pressure was horrible! The breakfast coukd be improved. Honestly though the room abd hotel were very clean. I have already recommended this hotel to others”

“TV was Spectrum and the remote didn't function correctly. Saw some good shows, but had trouble navigating. Drank some beers, the hallways were quiet.”

“Very clean room, great breakfast, staff was really nice. The only thing I would try to change is the lingering smell of cigarette smoke when you enter the building. I know it’s smoke free but the building still smelled liked it in the entrance area. The rest of the building was good. ”

“The water was off when we arrived We had only an hour to make a meeting It would have been nice to have been notified at the beginning instead of me slapping my hands turning on the faucet and no water! The staff was extremely apologetic and helpful manager was nice only real negative was no saying anything up front giving me a chance to make up my mind”

“The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the...
