“Are room was close to the pool. They need to check the conditioner, shampoo and body wash that they have enough in the bottle to use it.”

“This hotel is my go-to when I visit Jefferson, Wisconsin. The staff are super pleasant, helpful, and efficient. My room is ultra clean, and everything is ergonomically correct for ease of use. Decor is pleasant, and there are many areas I can place my luggage, bags, ready-to-eat food items, etc. Hair dryer, ironing board, and iron are in perfect working order. “For the most part it was good. The issues we ran into was that the pool was quite cold. At breakfast, there was no apple juice, the pancake maker was having many issues working, and one of the hot plates sat empty the whole time. We had booked with this chain previously advertising the same breakfast setup but the other one had much more options. Toilet got clogged very easily in our room ”

“Beds very uncomfortable pillows very firm uncomfortable for side sleepers. Shower turn on off didn't work properly, sink water on off kept running Shower wand kept falling off holder . We were put all the way in the back corner highway noise. Low capacity should have been put towards front of hotel. Sorry but never again.”
