“Todo estuvo muy bien excepto la televisión muy oscura y no se mira pregunté por otro remoto control y no pudieron hacer nada más que así están todas manual no se puede sorry”

“This place did NOT look like the pictures. The pool was green. I booked a king delux but was given two Queens. The room was not that clean. There was a long hair on our bed and a small clump of hair was on the bathroom sink. The bedding had a cigarette burn. The TV remote was missing but staff was friendly and helpful. It was lodged in behind the bed. The next morning, the hot water wasn’t working and I had to take a cold shower. Staff was helpful later and fixed the problem. We left for the day...

“No ac, and it was so hot. They had a fan in the room but it didn't do much. Also bathroom door didn't close and beds were hard. ”
