Guest house a East End

“Owner did not communicate with me until a message on VRBO at 5:30PM telling me that the apartment was not available. I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment. I did receive a full refund the next day but I can not understand why the owner did not cancel the reservation as soon as they knew that the apartment wasn't available.”

“Super clean! Had just about everything we needed to sleep and cook. Loved the neighborhood as well. Would definitely book again.”

“The Studio is a lovely little jewel box! It was cozy, comfortable, curated, and clean. We are also VRBO hosts, and the property exceeded our expectations. The host was a great communicator and was so kind and considerate, which was very appreciated! The property was amazing, and the neighborhood was beautiful. It was incredibly convenient and close to great coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and more. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and admiring the other charming vintage homes....

“Extremely well stocked, clean and comfortable. Easy access to all the activities we scheduled in Richmond.”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
