“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“Lovely set of converted Row houses with updated amenities and bathrooms but keeping the older charm of each unit. There are inside parlor rooms with porches as well as outside smaller rooms rumoured to be the place Edgar Allen Poe wrote the Raven. Lovely seating areas inside and outside in courtyards with fountains, greenery and complete safety. Anabelle the Cat owns the entire place and intermingled with guests of her choosing. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Restaurant is closed but hopes to...

The lady up front was such a sweetheart and she was so helpful and kind and tried to make sure that our reservation was correct and we didn’t have to worry about doing it over after it had messed up on us. “Check in was fast and informative. Quite for being next to the airport like I couldn't even tell. Very close to many things straight sandwiched by waffle houses . Breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Would be nice if the pool was open later. Has most everything you'd need for a nights stay. Loved that the room had multiple separate bathrooms and sleep area trashcans. ”

“I loved that the check in process was easy! We requested a refrigerator and it was in our room before we got there. The upgrades to the room were beautiful! We had the option of using Valet Parking or using the parking garage that was just a short walk away. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the channel guide for the tv. The channels didn’t match the channel guide we had in our room. Other than that…I still give our stay 5 stars across the board. ”

“This hotel was gorgeous! We arrived late so we didn’t spend any time around the area so I'm not sure how that is. I will say it is very loud especially at night outside. I swear the same car kept driving back and forth on the street outside of our room and it was SO loud that was the only thing we weren’t happy with. ”

“Our room/floor was very quiet, clean and well appointed. Desk staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at and the set up is superb. We live in the blue ridge mountains and come to Richmond a couple times a year. This is our favorite spot and really feel comfortable at this hotel.”
