“Personale inesperto e inattento. Non accettano l’addebito per il bar sulla camera e nonostante ciò non sono in grado di gestire i pagamenti. Unico macchinario presente in palestra è rotto da mesi. Colazione imbarazzante. Quando si viaggia per lavoro, sono importanti alcuni dettagli che qui non sono per niente curati. ”

“It was a decent room. However, as I was laying down, I noticed a small fly landing next to me on my pillow. That part disgusted me and made me wonder where it came from. After that, I started smelling the blanket and parts of it smelled musty and parts smelled fine. It just leads me to wonder why? It made me wonder if the sheets were really cleaned or did they re-use some of the stuff?”

“The staff was absolutely amazing. Friendly and helpful!! Whenever we are in the area we will be staying there😊 The room was perfect and had all we needed and more. If I have to say a negative, the only thing is the carpet has some stains, but how are you to avoid that?!! We loved this hotel!!”

“Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here”

“Breakfast needs to be open earlier on Saturdays. Stayed for a tournament and couldnt eat cuz didnt open til 7am. Room/hotel was ok and clean but had a funny smell in entire motel including room. Like trying to cover up pet smell or something like that.”

“The room was spacious with plenty of storage space since we stayed for a week, that was important. Bed was comfortable and the room was for most of the time quiet. The insulation is not the best, we could hear the people above us filling the hot tub and running it, the first time it was midnight. The breakfast room is nice and was cleaned but like we expected the number of choices was limited, no surprise this is not a high-end hotel. “The staff was great. The room was clean. Breakfast was adequate.”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly! The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!”

“Our room wasnt cleaned for 2 days. We had to ask for clean towels. When room was finally cleaned on 3rd night of our 4 night stay, it was half done. Shower wasn't cleaned at all.”
