“This was a booking I made for my sister who’s traveling to Florida by herself. They put her in a section of the hotel that was basically abandoned the room was filthy and the toilet was clogged and disgusting. When she asked them to move her room they argued with her and gave her a hard time and then ended up keeping her in the same section right next to the room she was in. I booked this room for my sister because it was conveniently on her way home never ever again don’t use this hotel”
