Our concierge Victory was the best and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Axel and Julio were also incredible and made us feel so well taken care of. “The location is lovely and unique. If you have accommodation in the charran sanctuary area you will come across colonies of charran nesting there: it may be interesting but we had to ask for a change of room because at the entrance to the house and on the terrace there were excrements and it was not pleasant to see or smell. I have noticed little efficiency in removing it along the road leading to the accommodation and only after pointing it out. You will happen to find cherrans at the bar...

“Beautiful resort and rooms. Attentive staff. Lots of food options but El Gaucho and Tentazione were my favorite. Room service was best during breakfast. Walkable grounds, but golf carts and boats are conveniently available. Nice spa facilities. ”
