“The property was cleaned and room was comfortable. When we went to check in before 4pm we were told that our rooms were not ready. The front desk took our information and when we came back the staff had to take our information again. The first time we came we wasted our time. Then from 9:30-11:00 pm there was another guests talking loud and we couldn’t sleep. We stayed there as we had an early flight.”

“Terrible beach”

“It’s extremely beautiful, from the Lobby to the rooms. Staff have amazing hospitality. The pool options were a bit small due to renovations but the pool was still great. I would come back 10x. Breakfast at AQA was pretty expensive but yummy. The Aroma Cafe Matcha was super yummy as well. The resort is also in an amazing, lively location.”
