Hotel con palestra a Kauai

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”

“Zalige rustige locatie met ongelooflijk vriendelijk personeel, zeker in het restaurant. We zaten in gebouw 4 aan de buitenkant en hadden steeds zicht op een vogelkolonie en de oceaan. Het eten is er ook zeer erg lekker en vers. Een echte aanrader!”
