Hotel economici a Kauai

“The first room that I paid for through Expedia and checked in was super hot they did not turn on the AC before we arrived so it was like 90°. We had three twin beds and one small AC. It was not acceptable so we asked if we can be moved. They moved us into a cottage which ended up costing 90 extra dollars for the night, but it had three small ACs And definitely was worth the upgrade for a better night sleep it was extremely hot and humid we was not able to get any of the amenities. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”
