“A lovely stay. If parking lot was full, there was close parking by the park. Staff was helpful and friendly. There was a fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby near coffee.”

“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

“Room was very small. Property had a dozen or more feral cats (essentially vermin) wandering around. Breakfast was minimal (some hard boiled eggs would helped an otherwise lack of protein) and the chickens (who were everywhere!) were very aggressive about stealing the food from your plates. It's hard to keep the property looking clean with that much animal defecation produced on an hourly basis.”

“Room was too outdated. Staff were fantastic, Didn’t have to use the hot tub and spa. Parking charges is ridiculously expensive although knew that per booking. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet every day to start our day and had a great time mainly relaxing by the pool and walks on the beach. ”
