“Resort was great but the rooms need a deeper cleaning. The dust & dirt in the corners & on furniture is not acceptable. Stains on the bedsheets. Patio was also neglected as well. It's a good thing we were so tired from the parks I was able to sleep.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Harriet’s House in Put-in-Bay. The room was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is given to maintaining the property. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels provided, and everything in the room was spotless—including the air conditioning unit, which was dust-free and worked great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to downtown, making it easy to walk...
