“We stayed in a multi-bed suite. The sofa was broken and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The rooms were not very clean with dust everywhere. The tub was not draining properly. So when you took a shower the water was just rising up the whole time. They offered to give us a roll away bed but that was it.”

“Lady at the front desk was lovely, helpful, and very accommodating. Rooms were fine for one night but could use updating. The entire hotel smelled like smoke which is obviously not pleasant for families and non-smokers. It’s 2026 and people still smoke cigarettes?! Gross. The bathroom wasn’t super clean like a hotel should be - there was something splattered on the wall next to the toilet. The coin laundry was helpful and a nice offering since we were running low on clean clothes. ...
