The villa, on the '70s style boasts a wonderful view of the Gulf of Poets both from the garden, the large terrace and from the many windows that illuminate its rooms.
The house, about 200 square meters spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom, while on the first floor there are three bedrooms and a second bathroom. The two floors are equipped with air conditioning. Through the large garage you have free access to the laundry area and to the small domestic gym. On each side the house is surrounded by a garden that offers moments of relax and of cheerful barbecues. The large and private parking with automatic gate allows access to the house.
It is easily reachable from the highway (5 minutes by car) and its position is strategic to reach the city center, the port, the station. At about 20 minutes by car you reach the first free beach; it is 12 km far to reach Lerici and Portovenere, pearls of the Gulf of Poets. With the highway, in an hour you can reach Genoa and Pisa, in about two hours Florence.

La Villa, in stile anni '70 vanta di una meravigliosa vista sul Golfo dei Poeti sia dal giardino, che dalla grande terrazza e dalle numerose finestre che illuminano le sue stanze.
La casa, di circa 200 mq si sviluppa su due piani: al piano terra si trova un grande salone, cucina e bagno, mentre al primo piano si trovano le tre camere da letto e il secondo bagno. I due piani sono dotati di aria condizionata. Nell'ampio garage si ha libero accesso alla zona lavanderia e alla piccola palestra domestica. Su ogni lato la casa è circondata dal giardino che offre momenti di relax e allegre grigliate al barbecue. Il grande e privato parcheggio con cancello automatico consente l'accesso alla casa.
E' facilmente raggiungibile dall'autostrada (5 minuti con l'auto) e la sua posizione è strategica per raggiungere il Centro città, il porto, la stazione. A circa 20 minuti d'auto si raggiunge la prima spiaggia libera; a 12 km si raggiungono Lerici e Portovenere, perle del Golfo dei Poeti. Con l'autostrada, in un'ora si raggiungono Genova e Pisa, in circa due ore Firenze.
