“After many phones calls and the help of the maintenance man we got in our room way late do to the stupid code to the door lock. The link was never accessible and had to wait a long time to get a phone call returned.”

“The property is beautiful with fun shops to explore and wonderful restaurants to enjoy with both indoor and outdoor seating. My husband and I took the gondola to the top where we enjoyed the views and a hike. When it was time to check-in to the hotel the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful offering advice on breakfast options. This part of the trip was 5 starts.
