“Ok so let me start off by saying this was the coziest staycation. It was my first time visiting Hawaii and their rate was the best compared to the big name competitors. Booking something small is always scary but when I walked in I noticed how clean it was. It’s super close diners and cafes and there’s a Walmart close by for any last minute items. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow".
