“I would like to preface this by saying this was a last minute booking as our flight was cancelled twice and we were stranded at the airport with a toddler. The staff was AMAZING. Checked us in was super helpful and nice. We had an issue getting back to the airport and the manager personally woke to at 4 AM and drove us to the airport our literal like savor. “Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...
