Hotel a Litchfield

“Room was clean! Pool was clean. But rule #1 don’t check in on SUNDAY if you want to swim. The pool is closed from Sunday at 5 until Monday at 5 which we were not told. TV didn’t work in one bedroom but breakfast was good. ”

“We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn't clean the room anytime during our stay.”

“We were only there for one night but the staff were friendly and the room was clean. We would definitely stay again.”

“Yes everything was great the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would be great if breakfast lasted till 11 instead of 10. ”

“The first room water on the floor and tub was peeling and smelled like smoke. Moved to the second room, the bedspread had spots on it (she exchanged it). The toilet was running, so I let her know and no one came to fix so listenedto that for 2 days. The tub was peeling”

“Rooms were dirty - first one had a Christmas tree in the corner and glitter on the floor in April; second smelled strongly of weed. Bathtub in third room - where we ultimately slept - had mold around the faucet inset. Breakfasts were awful. Hallway floors were sticky.”

“It was plenty good for what you pay. But literally zero breakfast. Good place for a short stay. ”

“Staff was good. I didn't get the room I booked and the entire property smelled like marijuana but it was comfortable enough for one night. I'm glad I wasn't staying longer. ”

“Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...

“It’s so nice to have somebody who is actually nice to you when you are checking in. Very friendly; that’s honestly that’s hard to find at hotels today. The hotel itself has always been clean and the rooms have always been nice. One of my favorite places to stay.”

“Room was clean, comfortable and very spacious, staff were welcoming, hotel conveniently located with plenty of parking. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for hot drinks instead of just coffee maker which turned out barely warm water. Also, I would expect proper cups and teaspoons instead of disposable paper cups and straw/stirrers in a hotel of this standard. ”

“Yes, plenty of choices for breakfast. Daily menu changes too. Parking was close and well lit.”
