“Nothing around. The restaurant next door was closed”

“Great stay”

“The desk person was also the person with the breakfast. 30 minutes in to breakfast everything was gone, we needed to ask him if there was more food. The grill for the waffles was disgustingly dirty, more than what could happen in 30 minutes. The food was burnt on, there was a tray underneath with grease and flies. This was really disappointing as we have stayed there at least 5 or 6 times going to or coming home from Florida. Doubt I would stay again.”

“rooms were clean and tidy. Staff & customer service was excellent. The pancake waffle unit was out of service- how difficult is it to get a replacement unit on site?. My granddaughter was disappointed and we went elsewhere for breakfast. breakfast as an amenity is part of the reason we choose holiday inn express. a protocol to get units repaired or replaced "quickly" should be instituted and customers should be made aware of the issue during check in. Thanks”

“The staff really went out of their way to help us with a heavy piece of medical equipment. We've stayed here several times now while traveling up and down 95 and keep coming back because it has a good feel and seems well run. The location is convenient yet quiet with several good dinner options nearby.”

“Dirty pool, the roof in the pool area had mold. The toilet kept running and flushing itself. This was the worst experience I've ever had from an embassy suite location. Very disappointed”

“I travel alot and this hotel was such a welcome experience. I was greet so enthusiastic when I entered and I felt that the front desk really cared about my stay. The hotel lobby smelled wonderfully and was very clean. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was wonderful. There is a diverse menu that actually had dishes with real vegetables, not juat burgers and pizza. The breakfast was also top notch. The sercers were personable and attentive. “our room was very spacious. small fridge needs a freezer as well. for ice packs for travel back home. needs a ceiling fan. but, all in all it was a very nice place to stay.”

“They charge you for parking to a 3rd party app you have to register to after the fact as complete BS and way to tax you when there is no limited space or lack of parking in this wide open rural area. Wake up to find parking ticket on your car after arriving midnight. Hotel, dog, and parking ended up towards $300 for a single night as stop off while commuting FL to CT. Much better places available. Avoid this stupid pllace.”

“I enjoyed my overnight stay. I stayed 1 night and enjoyed every bit! The room was wonderful, clean, night, tidy, and not any dust in sight! The hotel and location is very welcome kept and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was excellent and the area is safe! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done. Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it. So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.”
