Resort a McNabs Island Provincial Park

“This hotel has a lovely lobby. The staff is also special. But I felt very claustrophobic in my room. It was very small and the view from my window was of a brick wall several feet away. I stayed for two nights. For the full day I was there I left at 8 AM in the morning fulling expecting the room to have been cleaned by the time I returned at 4:30 PM. It wasn't. The front desk said they would get someone in there to clean but I couldn't return until almost 6 PM. This was very upsetting. I wanted...

“It was a great location. The only thing I would change for the room I was in are the windows. Even though the weather was great, the windows couldn’t open and the air conditioner had to be on if I was inside.”

“Plus side: clean room, very good staff support, excellent breakfast; negative: no coffee pot; two usb charge points, neither worked, and hidden under a shelf with electric outlets (almost impossible to find); a clock radio that was supposed to be automatic, but automatically gave the wrong time and could not be set properly; deciphering how to use the tv was hopeless - the channels are organized by company (CBC, CTV, etc);, but good luck finding them; the auto setting is for the in-house...

“Not too far outside of downtown and the boardwalk if you want something not as noisy. I stayed in the Harbour view room, excellent and quiet. I would recommend this hotel add luggage racks to the room, hard to navigate the space they provided with two suitcases. Parking is adjacent to hotel, little tricky to find where exactly to park at first, otherwise fine. Would recommend.”
