“The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....
