“So nice to have a hotel as part of the hospital. We travel several states away for my son’s medical care at Ochsner. The room was very clean and comfortable, pool and spa are well maintained. Lots of amenities. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. ”

“When you pull up the property looks great. Check in went smooth then we got to our room. Upon getting to our room the bottom of the door and the threshold had a 1/2 inch gap between the two that we had to use a towel to cover so no bugs would get in. Then you look at the door and you could see day light through the door that had cracks in the wood. The curtains that they had in the room had giant holes in them, not sure if a previous caretaker tried to iron them and left the iron on too long but...

“I honestly love the hotel.. However I had noisy neighbors and the staff said they had said something but the noise continued thru out the night and morning... The staff wanted to move me to another room but I felt like the noisy bribers should hve been moved.. Especially since I wasn't the only one that complained ”

“Fantastico. Camere pulitissime, zona servita da ogni cosa, ristoranti, farmacie, negozi, vicinissima alle dimore storiche del Garden District. Personale incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, se avete un auto a noleggio c'è il parcheggio al coperto incluso. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Il prezzo è largamente al di sotto della qualità. Tutto eccellente. P.S. attraversate la strada e il tram n 12 vi porta dritti al French Quarter. Che altro aggiungere? Grazie!”

Hall splendida, un salone storico utilizzato per la colazione, che rappresenta il punto dolente della recensione: personale poco operativo, ritardo nella sostituzione del cibo mancante, nei pressi della macchina per i waffle era sempre sporco per terra e scivoloso e nessuno si premurava di pulire, cibo poco vario e perlopiù confezionato con tanti saluti all'ambiente.

“The hotel is a short walk to Riverwalk Mall. There are number a restaurants right outside the hotel. The Caesar Casino is directly across the street. Mother’s restaurant is also across the street the other direction there is usually a line but it moves quickly good for breakfast. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. ”
