Motel a Near West End

“It was nice to stay at City Motel, would like to come again!”

“We booked based on price and reviews. This had good reviews. Lobby was clean and check in smooth. But that is where our experience ended being positive. We got to our room and it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We went back to desk to ask for a nonsmoking room and he said all rooms were non smoking and they were full so no changes he offered to spray deodorizer and we accepted that offer. Upon opening shades we then see that the floors had not been cleaned, like in a long time! Coffee stains...

“Please make sure that the room is clean. Linens were not changed & washed.”

“I actually had a nice stay. The workers were professional and considerate.”

“Check in was slow, there were lots of people hanging around outside smoking weed, the room door didn’t close completely so you had to lock it just to keep it closed and the bathroom had used towels and wash clothes hanging in the bathroom.”
