Resort a Near West End

“The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. But don’t worry we’ll just rebook it for you. Someone should’ve called you”. No one called, the price was double...

“Estuvo bien nada más el desayuno no me gustó la verdad las sábanas no se sentía tan limpias y encontré un cabello en una almuhada el gimnasio estaba cerrado el personal bueno cuando entré el chico fue amable pero al hacer el check-out la chica no fue tan amable casi me grita muy mal pero lo de más bien a mi hija le gustó ”

“As soon as you walk in, you see the brightness and difference in the lobby compared to other hotels. Room was clean, shower was great, staff was friendly, 24 hour coffee or tea, they had white boards hanging outside the elevator that gave ideas for restaurants, things to do. A nice touch was the TV in our room said Welcome Judi. Definitely will be back.”

“i'd like to recognize Lawrence at the breakfast time. Although we did not partake of any of the food because we had our own, he was very accommodating, personable, and very welcoming. The biggest sushi we had there is the first room we were given was not made up so they sent us to another one which was fine… And then 4:30 in the morning the telephone went off with a message, which was not able to attain. When I went to the front desk and asked about it, she said… Oh yeah all of the messages go...

“I had an accident with my room since it leaked water from the bathroom to the room, I recommend remodeling the entire bathroom of this room since it looks "old" the grout of the tile is dirty and I think it is not the quality standard of the Marriott”

“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”
