“Room was clean and smelled very good! Staff was very friendly. Our tub was backed up. We mentioned it to staff but it was not resolved. On the last night (before having to drive 9 hrs home) the heater in the window started making horrible noises and unfortunately kept waking me up. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars.”

“The hotel is being updated. I'm 75 years old and this room was the worst room I've ever stayed in my life. They should never have rented out this room. When you picked up the table, the legs dangled from side to side. I couldnt put anything on it...including my elbows...without the table rocking side to side. The chair was tattered. The maintenance man needs to get a raise. I was in the process of seeing what other hotels near by had a vacancy when, after I complained, he found me a new table...

“The in room whirl pool was dirty. We did not use it. The pool down stairs had A LOT of hair and scum floating in the water. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot. The fridge in the room froze all of our stuff. Including our fresh veggies and fruit. The WiFi was spotty. I don’t think we will choose this property again. ”

“The room was good. The staff are all good. The parking was good. Overall a good experience. One thing missing is a breakfast buffet. We stay over night once a month and changed recently from the Cresthill Suites because they seem to be letting their care of the place falter. I miss their breakfast service.”
