“Property is located north of center city in a neighborhood of mostly small businesses. Building and grounds look clean from the outside. Easy access from 301. Room was a good size with new beds, fridge, micro and TV. Walls were noticeably dirty and need fresh paint. No clothes rod or hooks. Tiny bath was sub-standard with mis-matched & patched ceramic tile. No electric outlets in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Tiny sink top had numerous cigarette burns and stains. Tiny 36 x 36 stall...

“Staff were excellent. Hotel was under construction during our stay. Hotel did a good job keeping construction interference to minimum. Room was nice, clean, and roomy but the air conditioner was old and LOUD. Like being inside an engine! Bathroom doesn't look like it was remodeled with room - warped door and older tiles. But not a problem. Only criticism was the old, ver LOUD air conditioning unit...right next to bed.”

“The building looks new and room looks new but nothing feels clean. Floor was dirty in the room. Walked out of shower to bed, my feet got dirty from the floor. Shower gel and shampoo was completely empty had to ask for them to replace. Hair dryer was also missing. Had to call for them to bring up. The room just didn't feel ready for us even though we online checked in 24hrs ahead. Plus there were ants in the lobby for 2 days and not cleaned or had a solution for. It was all over the coffee...
