Cleaning staff is every other day (which they let you know up front) BUT were fantastic. Great location if you're going to the Sharonville Convention Center (8 minute Uber) the Downtown Cincinnati Museums (20 minute uber) and/or Dayton, Ohio (39 minute uber). The access to all of Cincinnati cannot be beat. Highly recommended.”

“Walked into a check in desk with no one available and rang bell multiple times and a representative finally came from the back. They didn’t seem too eager to help us and welcome us here for our stay. As we walked to check in the floor was very sticky and made noise as we walked. It was almost so bad that we were going to leave and go somewhere else and we should have because it didn’t get better.
