“Quiet clean upscale lodging”

“The property was great with the exception of one major thing (to me), no AC. It may have been in the ad and I just didn’t see it. But it was hot. Even with fans, it was tough to sleep. No complaint otherwise.”

“We paid nearly $600 for one night, including taxes and fees, and were very disappointed. The main photo on Expedia is misleading. It shows the cute gift shop at the front of the property, not the actual hotel, which is hidden behind it. The hotel itself is very old, run down, and looks nothing like the listing front photo. The carpet in our room had obvious stains, and the biggest issue was the bedding. The sheets, blankets, and covers all had visible yellow stains, making us uncomfortable...

“Great location but room was not great. There was black dog hair on the comforter, which was weird since it’s a no pet property. The shower handle came off while I was in there. The shower door handle on the inside was loose, along with the toilet handle and toilet paper holder. The AC was not working properly which the manager came and told us 2 hours after we were in the room. It was 86 in the room when got there. We were lucky having the ceiling fan. “I really liked that this property wasn't busy and also enjoyed the simple room set up. What I didn't like was that the bathroom was dirty. There was a dried blood stain on a cabinet and dirt near the door corner by the tub. These two things looked like they could've been cleaned but was probably missed due to a rushed cleaning. The toilet handle was also broken and the bathroom door would not shut. You really do get what you pay for at this place.”

“Location of the resort was great Our room faced the dumpster and we were right next to the main road so the traffic noise never stopped. Room was warm and we had to open the windows to cool it off. But the traffic noise made it hard to sleep The private beach was beautiful The pool was great Our kitchen was great.”
