“TV didn’t work in room and odor in room was terrible.”

“Great for on a budget. Stayed 2 nights.F Fridge , coffee, clean rooms.Next time I will ask for room on back side to eliminate road traffic noise. Mgr was accommodating on my call regarding steps as I was recovering from knee surgery.”

“When I booked it was as Sonesta, so I was a little surprised when I arrived. It was a pleasant surprise. The booking was still good and so was everything with this stay. My room was near a side door so it wasn't far to walk to my car. Breakfast was good as well”

“One of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Best breakfast with the most choices I’ve ever seen. Friendly, professional staff. My only problem was that they gave housekeeping the day off on Memorial Day without telling e there would be none that day. I was told at checkin for my 4-night stay that housekeeping is done on day 3 and Monday (Memorial Day) was my day for cleaning. The night before I was told there would be no housekeeping staff present on Monday. This was Sunday evening, after they’d all...

“No working hottub which was the main reason we picked this one. And the room was not clean. Fresh still wet stains on the floor, dirty towel in bathroom, and last guest dirty clothes found in the drawer, and door peep hole plugwith paper. They did move us with no issues, but next room had missing security lock and damaged refrigerator, as well as the same issue with door.”

“No coffee maker, no extra toilet paper, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, front desk staff spoke broken English, and they would not except my membership for points.”

“Nothing fancy but good parking and rooms were clean and quiet. Good location on Hy 100. ”
