“Below average and one of the staff members was so rude in the morning just because I asked a simple question. No light bulbs in any on the lights. ”

“Needed a home for the wk close to GCU to move you daughter in. We were 2k miles from home and with everything going on that wk, staying here made the process that much easier. Quiet neighborhood, clean house, all the amenities we needed were there. A home away from home. Richard our host was BEYOND helpful and kind. Now that we have a vacation in AZ for the next four years, we’ll be staying in one of Richard’s home every time. Thank you again for EVERYTHING! ”

“Very enjoyable stay”

“Host didn’t specify to put dog under as another guest anywhere in the listing or before or after first meeting us in person with our DOG. Ended up trying to overcharge me for an unauthorized pet fee (which any fee should have been included), stolen toilet paper HOLDER, dog poop that I picked up, some dirty dishes and towels and unmade bed. On top of all that they said it took a cleaning CREW 4 hours to clean… for said dirty dishes and towels plus unmade bed. On top of all of THAT their son...

“Everything was great. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, nice facilities including gym and pool area. Staff was great. ”

“The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean, and the refrigerator was spacious. The outdoor area was beautiful. ”

“The room was really clean and the breakfast was plentiful and well organized. The only downside was the A/C in our room that would click off then rev up again over and over all night. It was noisy and kept us up. ”
