Resort a Northern Phoenix

“Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.”

“Overall, nice hotel. However, was just staying for one night, had to check in very late because got into town late. Check-in took over 30 minutes because the lady at the front was taking a while to check in the people in front of us in line. Ended up checking in around 12:30 a.m., and in the middle of our sleep, our door was randomly opened, waking up my friend and me at 2 a.m. We had a flight at 7:00 am that morning and were unable to go back to sleep the entire night after being shaken up by...
