Resort a Northern Phoenix

“The different pools on the property were great b/c this avoided crowds. This is definitely a property that takes in sports traveling families/large families. We went the week of spring break. The hotel staff were polite. The property is large to walk around. The pool side food and beverages were pricey and even though we ordered through the QR code system we only got our drinks and didn't get our food so I had to ask for a manager to get reimbursed. “Property is large and well maintained . Central pool area crowded. The other pools not crowded. The food at pool is ok but when busy, they have trouble keeping up. Prices in small store very high, the unit we received was not the one we reserved. One balcony instead of two. Also some buildings at resort overlook large adjacent contraction site. That was unpleasant.”

“This was our 2nd time staying here! The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! We really enjoyed the spool (spa pool)! We used it almost every evening, the only downfall was my swim bottoms got discolored/bleached from being in the water. So maybe the chemical level is too high. Our room was on the top floor, so the only noise we heard was from the road and occasionally from the guests in the room next to us! I would recommend requesting a room on the top floor, and ideally facing the gold...
