“Newly opened property. Staff were seemingly still learning computer systems and procedures, so check in was quite slow. Upon entering our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. Staff was able to get us switched to a different, clean room, and while they did apologize they didn’t take any special steps to accommodate or “make it right” in any appreciable manner. “Rooms are comfortable for a short stay. Staff is helpful. My only suggestion is that the coffee machine is available all day and not just in the morning. The staff was kind enough to plug in and I was able to get coffee in the afternoon.”
