“La struttura è ben tenuta ma non bisogna comunque aspettarsi nulla di più di un hotel da sosta di una notte. L'odore di "casa di riposo" che pervade la grande hall parla da sé, il cibo offerto così come le bevande gratuite dell'aperitivo sono appunto offerte e quindi ovviamente non hanno alcun valore. Non siamo stati male ma andare via non è stato un grande rimpianto. ”

“The person who checked us in was very sullen and difficult to communicate with, as she barely spoke or acknowledged me. The vinyl flooring in the room felt unusual, but I suppose it's cleaner than carpet. The mattress was comfortable and the room felt clean. The bathroom was very good. The only bed pillows were small, square ones - again, unusual. The bed "skirt" was a loosely attached metal thing that made noise when I sat down or moved around. “I came to Virginia for my nieces graduation on May 30th. It was four of us . We drove from another state the day before and drove back. All 4 of us stayed in the same room for the night. 1 King size bed and a roll out sofa queen size. Enough space in the room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea and chocolate”

“All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.”
