“Easy in and out location”

“Horrible tv’s! Couldn’t find channels. So difficult to navigate. It would help to have some directions and a channel guide in the room. Also, a perk would be to have a water cooler in the lobby.”

“We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. “We left in the early morning to visit relatives. When we returned at 2:30pm I room had not been cleaned. We talked to the front desk and were assured it would be done within an hour. We went to the pool and returned at 4:30. It had not been done and no one ever showed up to do it. Tacky!”

“I only stayed one night here but everything was clean, no bad smells, staff was polite, and breakfast was good. I arrived late and someone was right at the front desk to help. There’s nothing more annoying than arriving late at a hotel and spending a half hour trying to find someone to check you in. It was the best night sleep I’ve got in a month so Thank You!”

“The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.”

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”
