I honestly don’t know how this place can call itself an all-inclusive resort. This was one of the most disappointing travel experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, things were already going wrong. My room was not ready at check-in time, and when we finally got in, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper, and when housekeeping brought some later, it looked partially used and stained — completely unacceptable and honestly shocking for any hotel, let alone an all-inclusive resort.
The room itself was old, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation. The TV didn’t work at all, furniture was worn out, and everything felt neglected. Nothing matched the photos advertised online. It felt more like a rundown motel than a vacation resort.
Food options were extremely limited. There was only one restaurant operating, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for an “all-inclusive” experience. Variety was almost nonexistent, and meals quickly became repetitive and disappointing.
Another major issue: the hotel doesn’t even have its own proper beach access, which was one of the main reasons I booked this location. This information was not made clear beforehand and felt very misleading.
Customer service from management made the situation worse. The manager was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving concerns. The only positive part of this stay was the hardworking staff members, who clearly tried their best despite.
