I tried calling the property, no answer and no answering service. Waited about 30 minutes before the worker returned from somewhere outside. “Rented 3 rooms, Met the owner, very nice. room was clean but very dated. Bathroom and showers are very small, unfortunately room 8 blasted the TV through the very thin walls. Thought havving the AC continously running would overwhelm it but had to bang on the wall at 4am to get some peace and sleep. Definitely overpriced, hopefully the owner will read this and implement some much needed improvements.”
