Hotel a Reminderville

“Amazing staff and quaint hotel ! Love the upscale yet comfortable relaxed feel to this great boutique hotel close to chagrin falls ! Very convenient and includes hotel bar and restaurant giving you the option to stay in once you’ve arrived.”

“This place was so gross and not well-maintained. Breakfast tasted awful. Location was scary. Smell of weed in the elevators. The only upside was the pool and hot tub. Do not stay here.”

“The parking lot was well lit and accessible. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the location to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. And the room was cheap. However, the ratings didn’t match up to the actual room. The room needed maintenance, like grouting around bathroom tiles was missing and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The evening staff was slow to come to the counter for check in. I wish we stayed somewhere else for our multi-day stay.”

“We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! The hotel isnt anything fancy but it wasnt bad either, we would definitely stay here again. Upon entrance of our room my immediate notice was the flooring was...

“My 1st time staying with this chain,but I definitely will be returning.the room was very clean,they offer buffet style snacks(pulled pork sandwiches,hot dogs,nachos,etc.)on Saturdays from 5:30-7:30 at the establishment i stayed at.but i also appreciate the customer service,they pay attention to detail.but if you never stayed with this chain before,give them a try you won't be disappointed”
