“The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the Plaza and they had a Tesla car shuttle service that would personally drive you to anywhere in the Plaza. The staff was so friendly and especially Tamara at the front desk! I’d stay there again!”

Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. “I was in town for a long weekend to see a concert. The hotel was well placed near great spots, spent a good amount of time in power and light, and is a block over from the streetcar. Hotel itself was very nice, staff was helpful, and the room was great.”
