“My son has gotten several bites on his body from an insect that caused red swollen spots on his skin, most likely the insect was in the hotel room specifically in his bed.”

“Everything was just terrible, Expedia booked the wrong dates , they charged me for my money and no one seems to know how to fix it . The staff was no help . Will never stay here again , I stayed here every year for football games . Will not be back .”

“When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener.
