“Gorgeous rooms with beautiful views. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Stay here!”

“Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help.”

“June 2026 very recent START WITH BROKEN TOILET SET, I SLIPPED OFF THEN REMOTES FOR AC NEEDED HELP THEN SHOWER, FLOODED THE ENTIRE ROOM , WORST NO WARM TO HOT WATER THEY AGREEED. AND WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX HOT WATER TANK ADVISED TO USE ANOTHER ROOM ALSO NO HOT WATER,' PAST UPSET MY ROOM THEY DID NOTHING AND AGAIN COLD SHOWER NOT EVEN WARM , FORGET HOT. THEY DID NOTHING AND DID NOT UNDERSTAND ME. EXCEPT YES YES ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN , SERVICE WAS HORIBLE FOR A 9.4 EXCEPTIONAL RATING , MORE LIKE...
