“Room was very clean, front desk staff incredibly friendly. Hitel is going through a remodel so a little rough in common areas but that is to be expected.”

“The location is good, and it was very clean. There was a lack of towel racks in the bathroom. There are no grab bars in the tub, though the shower was nice. The kitchen was minimally stocked for cooking, (2 pots and 2 skillets, all of which are well used). There is very limited space to store clothes. There is no dresser or bureau. The garage was nice, and parking spots were right below the unit., which made it convenient. ”
“My husband, our dog and I stayed here for a night. Everything about it was fantastic! The customer service was amazing! Everything was great- the rooms, pool and hot tub and the breakfast! We called ahead about the pet fee. The charge was standard anywhere you go. We just went straight to the front desk and paid it right away. Everything was seamless and wonderful. ”

“The gentleman at the front office was super friendly. We had an abundance of towels in our room as well as pillows. The soap in the bathroom smelled amazing and it was very quiet. The breakfast the next morning had a wonderful selection. ”

“The breakfast area needed attention since we were there on a Sunday morning and lots of people came at 9:30 one half hour before it closed. They were not prepared for that. They also ran out of pool towels early on Saturday evening by 6 pm. Room and bed was clean and comfortable.”
