“I did not like the bathroom in my room. The bathtub was unsafe. It had no grab handles for a safe exit out of the bathtub. The inside tub was very slippery when exiting with bath water in the tub. I needed to literally roll myself out of the tub to the bathroom floor. The inside of the tub had no anti-slip safety. There was no tub water plug to keep water in the tub. “On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM.”

“Great location with great amenities. It is very popular for hockey and other sports families so it is very busy and full of kids running around. It was clean and the hotel bar and kitchen was great to have as an option for food and drinks.”
