“Ho trovato una sigaretta all'interno della camera e ho chiesto di pulire la camera. Al ritorno mi sono accorto che era tutto come avevo lasciato e la sigaretta ancora li. Mi sono lamentato e non sobo stati nemmeno cortesi. Aveva qualcosa di positivo ma tutto cio mi ha deluso. Negativo ”

“Sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit relativ leiser Klimaanlage. Personal eher kühl. Frühstück nicht der Rede wert (Kaffee, abgepackte Industrie-Zimtschnecke und O-Saft).”

“Easy check in and comfortable room. Looked clean, but found a dirty wet towel caught up in the shower curtain. We were traveling with a cooler, but had no way to re-freeze our ice pack (fridge, no freezer), and the ice machine was out of order.”

“Stayed 5 or 4 nights paid 200 worth deposit fees. Never received any receipts upon check in and only received one deposit of 50 dollars back. They say they are processing your refund the same night even on sundays during check in. They said the deducted 10 dollars one night for make up on towels. And today she said they took thirty for make up on towels. I’m not messy I’m clean. I get the charge the first time but I asked her to let me know ahead of time if they were taking any of my deposit....
