“Every was super clean and stayed well”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and modern. Breakfast was just ok. The coffee was the best part of it. Fruits were not fresh ( bananas brown and apples soft). Other fruit choices would be nice.”

“The bed is comfortable and our room was very nice. The only complaint I have was that breakfast is only available until 9:00 and the coffee is not good. We went to the close by Gathering House coffee shop for good coffee and a light breakfast.”

“We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!”

“The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.”

“Lots of activities for the kids to do - pool, splash area, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball, fishing, etc. The staff was also very helpful. My only complaint were the beds weren’t very comfortable. But we would still stay there again!”

“Older hotel but was clean. Great location close to cedar point. Close to thirsty pony restaurant.”

“Breakfast was good however there is no where to eat so be prepared to carry it back to your room. Otherwise the rooms were updated and clean. TV small but good selection of channels. Bathroom and shower very good. Lots of clean towels. Will come back and recommend for anyone looking for a no fuss motel.”

“We had a small issue with the shower but the front desk clerk immediately responded and remedied the situation. Other that the place was clean, comfortable and the bfast was good. We'd stay again.”

“Weird self-check-in arrangement--no reception desk or staff, just an e-mail with a code to let yourself in & out and a phone number in case you need anything--very impersonal, but o.k. if you don't like dealing with people. Fresh, tidy, and trendy inside. Bedside reading lights and a chair to sit on would be nice (stools at the counter are too high for tying shoes), as would a light outside the door that doesn't attract bugs. Bed seemed short and sheets were crinkly and starchy. Adequate...

“Very nice hotel close to the turnpike. The staff was outstanding, and very responsive to questions prior to my arrival. The rooms are clean and neat, and the breakfast had a very nice selection, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffle maker.”
