“The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“We stayed a few nights in this hotel and had a subpar experience. We found things in the couch and the dishwasher was still loaded when we arrived which put us off to the cleanliness of the room. We had a neighboring room with a dog which provided an ample amount of barking during our stay. We also had an issue with the hot water where it would only work if we ran the sink and the shower at the same time. When we informed management of this they said that was normal for their rooms. “Great place to stay. Awesome location, nice entire apartment to yourself. I stay at a lot of Kasa properties - the only problem is the furniture. The bed was nice and comfy, but the sofa bed was not good. The couch and chairs are incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. If you don’t mind that, it’s a perfect stay.”
