“Beautiful garage appt in a great location to walk to restaurants etc. Note that there is street parking nearby and then you walk down the alley (3rd house down) to access to the property. LOTS of communication from the property manager before and during our stay. ”

“There were a few issues - no remote for the master bedroom tv, one burner on the stove didn’t work, a couple of towels had stains. The host responded quickly to concerns. The house several upgrades, especially in the bathrooms that were nice.”

“The property is actually a duplex, 2 separate units. If you have a large group where you all want to be under the same roof the entire time then this may be an issue. “If you want to be close to everything and really get a feel for the city of Austin this is the place to stay! Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again! ”

“Well, honestly this is a tough one. This is a hidden gem and I don't want to tell anybody about it so it will be available for our next trip. This house is beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable (we have stayed in numerous VRBOs where the mattresses were hard as rocks). The house was so clean and very spacious. "L'hotel è in buona posizione. Ha una struttura particolare caratterizzata dall'accesso alle camere tramite ballatoi xhe si affacciano sull'interno dell'hotel. Ci hanno dato dei ticket per bevande alcoliche per il rinfresco gratuito pomeridiano. I soft drink sono gratuiti. La colazione è buona. Avevamo una camera al quinto piano. Funzionava un solo ascensore conseguentemente l'attesa era lunga. La camera aveva un sofa bed sul quale abbiamo dovuto mettere noi le lenzuola. In ultimo l'aria condizionata era altissima. Nonostante quella in camera fosse spenta, era davvero freddo."
