Hotel a South Congaree

“We stayed one night at this hotel. Room was fairly clean though there was some mold around the shower. We were on the 3rd floor and there were what sounded like little kids running around on the 4th floor that created quite a bit of noise and vibration. As anyone who has toddlers in their lives you know the excitement of a hotel stay so this wasn't a huge issue more of a reminder that if you are a light sleeper request a 4th floor room to mitigate the noise. “Everything was fabulous! I was there for the Miss Pure Sparkle International Pageant and the Hilton Staff were just TOP TIER! The breakfast and dinner were fabulous, housekeepers activated and tried their very best to get things done quickly and for that you can’t ask anything better! “Booked a double queen wheel chair accessible room via Expedia. When I checked in the girl/woman informed me that all handicapped rooms were being remodeled. My son is a paraplegic and needs the larger bathroom. The girl/woman was rude, no customer service skills, no empathy and needs to be fired. She is not fit to work with the public. “Dan was one of the staff he is very nice he was very funny and he tried to help but the management did nothing the pool was absolutely disgusting it was filled with sand I reported it several times. the room had a odor we had to spray over and over again but overall it was okay Dan made it okay the bed slept well the pillows felt great even though my bed made noise but it still slept great if they clean the pool I will return and do better with the room smells”
