“Everyone was helpful and I loved the complementary breakfast up to $20 every morning on site! I also love the pool area even though I didn't use the pool this time it was very clean and it's pretty to lay out or just lounge and read a book, I will be going back I love the casino and sports bar! It was bingo there but I didn't get a chance to play! So I will be back ”

“Beautiful resort and the customer service was fantastic! Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We brought two babies and they got cribs for them and high chairs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! ”

“Mountain bike no cost usage and direct access to trails was a major bonus! Room was decent. Pools were great. ”

“Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view as well.”
