“His is a very clean facility with friendly staff. The pool area is well maintained and provided a fun atmosphere. We are surprised with complimentary breakfast vouchers that was a great saver and great meals all 3 days of our stay.”

“The hotel is excellent, it’s clean modern, everything very clean. A couple of things to be aware of : $25 self parking /day . $35 resort fee! They do authorization charges everyday on your credit card. The charges are not small. They were over $300 . They are just pending charges but I’ve never experienced this with any other hotels. Also, checking out I was handed a bill. That’s not on the hotel but Expedia when sent over the reservation never sent over the funds that Expedia charged me. So...

“the room was not very clean with hair all over the place, , the toilet never flushed, it just kept running for the two days I was there. I asked the concierge how to order room service as it is not well explained in the room at all, and the concierge told me they have never been asked that question before and they did not know. Room service has to be ordered on your phone like uber eats and you have to put your credit card info in every time you order. The service charge on room service is...

“Loved that the resort included everything you would need in a vacation. Several restaurants and plenty of activities for my family. The resort was amazing!”

“Staff should ask if room would like to be cleaned daily! Soap and towels should be replace and restocked daily. Spa was too expensive.”

“The adult pool was peaceful and never busy. Mostly retired folks. The seats even had cushions, which was nice. As it’s attached to the gym, there were washrooms & filtered water easily accessible. Wifi was a bit weak on the property, causing delays in streaming, or not streaming at all. However, the property and amenities made up for that. Very much enjoyed & will stay again.”
