Resort a Southwest Orlando

“Room was immaculate and the staff was great. Did not like that as soon as we entered the lobby to check in, we were instantly harassed by time share people. We couldn't even make it to the desk first. But they hover over you waiting for you to get done checking in, then harass you again to go over to their desk for "discounts"! But as long as you make over $80k, you're fine. But besides the pushy, hovering time share people, the trip was wonderful”

“Top notch resort. Clean spacious modern suite included a well stocked kitchenette, large tub with separate shower. Continental breakfast includes made to order omelettes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking in front of each building. Free shuttle service to and from the magic kingdom, Epcot and animal kingdom. The only negative (very minor one) is that they seem to not want to give extra creamers for in room keurig coffee. Our next trip to Orlando we will stop at Publix to pick up a...

“I love the Swan! we have stayed here before and we just love it! it is beautifully kept; super clean, the staff is amazing! there are a lot of family friendly activities and loads of choices of restaurants. the location to Epcot and other really cool Disney hotel properties is great!”

“Staff was courteous and very welcoming! We usually stay at WDW resorts but after seeing all the amenities, the lazy river, numerous pools and hot tubs, it’s safe to say I will be making this place my first choice any time we’re doing stuff in this area!”
