“The first room they put me in TV didn't work. They moved me to another room. The TV was ok. The volume would go up and down on it's on. Very annoying.”

“Everyone of the staff you encountered always greeted and acknowledged you no matter what position they held at the hotel. Their words and actions recognized your importance as as guest. It felt like it was a business owned and operated by the employees. The breakfast and evening snacks were hot and well supplied. Best hotel experience I've had in a very long time Keep it up!!”
