“Lorena was excellent! Her specific unit was clean and tidy. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and linens. The Gondola is directly outside the Lodge and the ski valet is right there as well. Highly recommend for a place to stay in Heavenly!!! ”

“Please be aware that this is not a real VRBO property, but instead a time share. When we checked in, they tried to get us to attend a presentation in exchange for a free gift. They will try to sell you a time share. It's really not cool that this was not disclosed. It took forever for us to check in because of the upsell scam. The room was nice, and clean, and very spacious. However, we had trouble with our fire place, and one night we did not have hot water for a while. The location is...
