“Not sure how this property was listed on VRBO. It was a shared space. The owners lived upstairs and were present the whole time we were there. The rental space was a basement they have somewhat converted into an apartment. However , there was no lock on the door to the basement so no way to prevent anyone from walking down the stairs at any point. Also, there is no private entrance to the basement. To enter, we walked in through the front door where we saw the homeowners in their kitchen....

“This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!”

“ Very private, you can see the other house but far enough away for privacy. Home is comfortable and presents well. Kitchen is large and plenty of seating. Loved the primary bedroom, seating and closet space, so bright and sunny throughout the whole house.We enjoyed walking down the driveway daily towards the park, and the restaurant across the street was good, ate there twice.Shower was large and having the extra 1/2 bath made the stay better.A few negatives would be the full size bed in 2nd...

“The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures - very up to date, clean and well designed. We were extremely comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. The high quality and attention to detail made our family feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel.The location was perfect with most attractions and interests being 8 minutes away.If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.Great...

“The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and...
